How we work

We offer 3-hour repair windows and we work 7 days a week – including Saturday and Sunday. Our earliest window is 9 to 12, and the latest is 4 to 7pm. Our technician will give you a call 30 minutes before arrival so you will never miss an appointment with us. You can set a same-day repair with us, as well as set up an appointment for another day to make sure it properly fits in your schedule.

After completing the work, technician will give you a written invoice after diagnosing and/or repairing your appliance with a description of your problem and the total cost of the repair.

Warranty

We offer a 1-month warranty for labor, as well as a 3-month warranty for parts that we install in your appliance. This means, that we will set up another appointment with you for free (without the service fee and charge for labor) in case you encounter the same issue during the period covered by our warranty.
